National Council for Science and Technology Communication, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) jointly initiated ‘Promoting Science & Health Communication through Outreach and Capacity Building of School Students and Linked Communities’. The portal has been developed under this project. The portal is a platform to spread awareness and engage students on awareness on science and health communication with regard to COVID-19.
Build capacity in science, health and personal behaviours of the young brigade of the country along with their linked communities and develop scientific temperament amongst educators for adopting sustainable healthy lifestyles.
School students and linked communities such as teachers and parents.
Books, Success stories, Events, News, Articles, Interviews/Videos, Infographics, Posters and Brochures developed as part of the aforementioned project and awareness on the said topics in general.
New Delhi & NCR, Bengaluru (Karnataka), Mumbai (Maharashtra) and East: Kolkata (West Bengal)
Students in the age bracket 12- 17 years can participate.
Students need to register for uploading their competition entries; however for downloading resources material available in the portal, students don’t need to register.
File formats allowed for the particular competition will be mentioned there. You can refer to guidelines/ instructions for the respective competitions.
